Tilawat e Kalaam e paak  is without doubt the most ahsan deed one does any time of the day, any month of the year , anywhere , at home or in the masjid . There is no act in this world which could be parrallel to it in sawab . But it is also a hard fact , no one can question it that , Qoraan recitation, saum, salaat are all governed by rules ,according to conveyance of ahkam e Elahi by the Rasool e Kareem (saaws). . Qora’an recitation could be individual or in group , at home or in Masjid but never in a congregation in a particular way which the Rasool e Kareem (SAAWS) never ordered . Rather it is a proven fact that when he offered prayers in Ramazaan and peoples followed for two days , he discontinued it the third day so that it may not be taken as obligatory . It was understood , never made a practice till the time Umar Ibne Khattab took over and reintroduced it again , in clear contravention of the Rasool e Kareem (saaws) .

Deen e Islam was completed and finalised with the verse 5.3 .Completion and finality of deen e Islam. Now after this , no one not , even the Rasool e Kareem (saaws) ever did any addition , alteration in tha ahkammat e shariyah nor gave any one an authority to do so. 

How come that a new congregateray prayer was introduced by somebody  . 8,11 or 20 rakats , the Rasool e Kareem (saaws) never left the words that after me you can innovate a new congregatory prayer . However ahsan , good and noble , an innovation is an innovation , and it is a bida’at , no one is authorised to introduce it and any one who did, is an innovator , a bida’ati , a grave sinner and every one knows where he is destined for ?

Why can ‘t those who wish, assemble in the masjid at nights of Ramazaan and recite Qora’an individually or a Qari or a priest recites , the others sitting comfortably may listen or follow silently,repeating or just listning  . In this there will be absolutely no innovation .
