In what will be a reversal of its earlier stand, the Law Commission of India is set to recommend abolition of death penalty in the country. A 272-page draft report of the Law Commission, circulated among members, favours speedy abolition of the death penalty from the statute books, except in cases where the accused is convicted of involvement in a terror case.

I  GENERALLY DON’T WRITE ON POLITICS AND HAVE FOR SOME YEARS CONFINED MYSELF TO THE MATTER OF DEEN BUT THE TOPIC IS SUCH THAT THE RELIGION PARTICULARLY ISLAM IS VERY CLEAR ON IT AND DO NOT COMPROMISE . IT IS BECAUSE OF THIS THAT I TOOK IT UP BECAUSE IT IS A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH AND NOBODY ON EARTH IS COMPETENT TO PARDON THE CRIMINAL WHO HAS SNATCHED A LIFE OR HAVE RENDERED SOME ONE WORSE THAN THAT BY ROBBING ONCE’S  MODESTY. I THEREFORE WROTE MY COMMENTS ON THE FOLLY OF MOST  TRUSTED AND RESPECTED LAW COMMISSION WHO PROPOSED TO ABOLISH THE NOOSE. .

AS IF THERE ARE LESS CRIME , THEY WANT TO ABOLISH DEATH PENALTY .THE MAN WHO LOSES LIFE , THE WOMEN WHO IS RUINED FOR LIFE IF RAPED & THE PARENT WHO ARE DEPRIVED OF THEIR CHILDREN WHOM THEY SO LOVINGLY RAISED, HAVE NO SIGNIFICANSE .IT IS TAKEN AS SIMPLY IT IS  THEIR FATE. WHAT LIFETIME CONSTANT AGONY THEY FACE.IS NONE OF THE LAWS BUSSINESS. THE  FACT IS THAT THE LAW IS SUCH , THE MACHINERY IS SO INCOMPETENT , THAT EVERY KIND OF CRIMINALS ARE CONFIDENT TO COMMIT THE MOST HEINOUS CRIMES BEING SO SURE NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO THEM EVER , EVEN IF THEY ARE CAUGHT IN .
.
THE NEED IS, EVERY CRIME IS INVESTIGATED QUICKLY USING MOST MODERN TECHNOLOGY & HANG ALL THE CRIMINALS QUICKLY IN PUBLIC . FOR THIS LIE DETECTING TEST SHOULD BE COMPULSORY AND SHOULD NOT NEED CONSENT OF THE ACCUSED. AN ACCUSED HAS NO RIGHT TO REFUSE LIE DETECTION TEST  .
ALL THOSE CONNECTED WITH THE PROCESS OF LAW SHOULD BE PUNISHED TWICE MORE SEVERLY THE MOMENT THEIR ROLE IS DETECTED & PROVED IN ANY WAY IN PREVENTING JUSTICE..NO ONE  SHOULD BE SPARED, THE LAW MAKERS , THE INVESTIGATING PERSONELS, THE LAWERS, EVEN THE JUDGES IF AT FAULT.
